Who is your ideal client?

We hear the words ‘Ideal Client’ more than we can count as entrepreneurs. If you’re shifting directions in your business or starting a new one, finding out exactly who you help is 100% key in being successful in business.

It all starts with brainstorming your ideal client avatar and their pain points.

You want to find the emotions behind those pain points. Speaking to these things will help you convert more leads to consumers because you’re going to understand your clients better and they’ll know it too.

I've put together this brainstorming blog just for this but if you're looking for something more substantial, click here and grab the Ideal Client Freebie!

To know your ideal client, start with yourself!

Where were you at before you had this solution? A good product or service is one that you've used for yourself. You know the ins and outs of it. You know the issues you had before you used it. What were YOUR pain points? What struggles did you have?

I like to call this your Point A.

What actions did you have to take to get you from Point A to Point B (aka where you are now after your solution)?

What tools and resources did you use?

What blocks did you face during your transformation?

Okay, Let's talk about your solution...

What problems do you solve? What does your product or service provide for them?

Now about those problems: what types of feelings and emotions does that problem bring to your ICA? What does she want to feel in the future? What kind of transformation does she want?

Now what sets you a part from the rest? What makes you different? How can you understand their pain points?

Your Ideal client is not a demographic

Your ideal client is not a woman who has kids... your ideal client is the MINDSET of the woman who has kids.

Your ideal client is not a woman who faces burnout...your ideal client is the MINDSET of the woman who faces burnout.

You see where i'm going with this?

Speaking to her mindset will get you places and will set you apart from the rest of the crowd. Speaking to her real pain points and putting yourself in her shoes will get you places.

Now that you've narrowed down the mindset of the person you want to work with…

Now you get to get started on working on that copy! Good copywriting makes all the difference!

If you're ready to get started on brainstorming your ideal client and how to write good copy, make sure you check out this amazing freebie I created!
